We received our book earlier than expected even though we chose the cheapest delivery option. Well-packaged and the pages are thick. Worth the money.

Where is the book?!?! I ordered it and paid the appropriate shipping for Valentine’s delivery. My husband who is stationed away has still not received my gift. First they said it was lost, then they said it was stuck in Texas. And to beat it all, the agent this morning refused to connect me to a manager!!! I am irritated and furious????! All I want is an explanation and my product...HELP!!!

Ordered a book with guaranteed delivery before valentines day and till today dont have the book. Luckily for me I had a backup plan. Call the number to figure out what is happening and basically was told that it's not their problem, they don't do refunds ill get the bookwhen I get it. I never leave reviews and I'm in sales and deal with customers 24/7. If I ever treated acustomer the way I was treated today I would probably lose my job.

Got a book for my brother for X-Mas but my dog got ahold of it before i did. He bite two holes in it. I didn't think they would help but they did! They sent me another book free of charge before X-Mas! Customer service over Facebook was amazing! 10/10 would buy again. The books are really good hardback.

Ok i expecting a high quality products after paying such a big amount of money for a single book! + $11 for the box, When I received the products omg, I almost cried because the product is such a low quality! The box is not a box but a cheap thin cardboard! Compareable with KFC box, Its making me so sad the book is for a Christmas present, made for last long, but omg why I'm so sad?? All reviews are 5 stars and when I put a lower rate it won't show, so it basically they manipulate the reviews so it only 5 stars showed up, I really hope and warn anyone if they would like to purchased from this company to beware beware! You will not getting a high quality products!
I can't wait until Christmas to justify the quality of the book and yes the paper quality is very low making the picture looks not vibrant, very thin and not glossy, even the hard cover is not good I think because the paper is very thin making it see through I can see the texture of the hard board underneath. Overall I'm very sad disapointed with the quality and plus they are not replying my email beside an automatic reply.
